Leads a clinic’s clinical team while providing primary care, mentoring providers, and implementing organizational and regional care initiatives.
What you'll do
- Practice primary care at 80% clinical time and perform administrative work at 20%; lead clinical care at the center.
- Onboard, mentor, coach, and evaluate providers; support implementation of clinical guidelines and care workflows.
- Implement organizational priorities, monitor care metrics, and address causes when center goals are not met.
