What you'll do
- Practice primary care, with 80% clinical and 20% administrative time.
- Mentor, coach, onboard, and conduct performance reviews for providers; support care model implementation and evidence-based care.
- Collaborate with center and regional leaders to implement strategy, meet care and operational goals, and address team concerns.
