Leads a clinic’s clinical team while providing primary care, coaching providers, implementing care standards, and advancing organizational initiatives.
What you'll do
- Practice primary care at 80% clinical time and devote 20% to administrative leadership.
- Lead, mentor, onboard, and conduct performance reviews for providers; support consistent implementation of clinical workflows and guidelines.
- Work with clinic and regional leaders to implement organizational priorities, monitor care metrics, and improve patient outcomes and team culture.
