Leads a center’s clinical team while practicing primary care and advancing Oak Street Health’s care model, provider development, and organizational priorities.
What you'll do
- Practice primary care at 80% clinical time and provide administrative leadership at 20%.
- Coach, mentor, onboard, and review providers; support care teams and implementation of clinical guidelines and workflows.
- Collaborate with center and regional leaders to implement strategy, improve care quality and metrics, and address team concerns.
