Leads a primary care center’s clinical team, practices primary care, and coaches providers to deliver high-quality care and meet organizational goals.
What you'll do
- Practice primary care, with 80% clinical and 20% administrative time.
- Lead, mentor, onboard, and coach providers and care teams; support evidence-based care and clinical workflows.
- Implement organizational and regional priorities, monitor performance metrics, and address barriers to center goals.
