Leads a clinic’s clinical team while providing primary care, coaching providers, and implementing organizational and clinical initiatives to improve patient care and center performance.
What you'll do
- Practice primary care, with 80% clinical time and 20% administrative time.
- Lead, mentor, onboard, and coach providers; support care-model implementation and provider performance reviews.
- Implement organizational priorities and clinical guidelines, monitor center metrics, and address care quality and operational concerns.
