Leads a primary care center’s clinical team while practicing patient care and overseeing provider development, care quality, and implementation of organizational priorities.
What you'll do
- Practice primary care alongside provider colleagues, with 80% clinical and 20% administrative time.
- Mentor, coach, onboard, and review providers; support care teams in implementing clinical guidelines and workflows.
- Lead center implementation of organizational priorities and address care quality and performance metrics.
