About the job
Leads a health center’s clinical team while providing primary care, coaching providers, and implementing organizational and clinical priorities.
What you'll do
- Provide primary care alongside provider colleagues, with 80% clinical and 20% administrative time.
- Lead, mentor, onboard, and coach providers; oversee evidence-based care and care-model implementation.
- Work with center and regional leaders to implement strategic initiatives, address performance metrics, and support a positive team culture.
