What you'll do
- Practice primary care, with 80% clinical and 20% administrative time.
- Coach, mentor, onboard, and conduct performance reviews for providers; support consistent implementation of the care model and clinical guidelines.
- Collaborate with center and regional leaders to implement strategic priorities, monitor care metrics, and improve patient experience and outcomes.
