About the job
Completes in-home and other member health visits while mentoring new and active Signify Health clinicians and supporting clinical workflow improvements.
What you'll do
- Complete In-home Evaluations, Focused Visits, and Video Visits, meeting clinical, operational, and member-experience targets.
- Mentor new clinicians during their first 90 days and provide ongoing group and real-time support to active clinicians.
- Test diagnostic and preventive services and workflow changes, provide feedback, and escalate clinical or operational issues as needed.

- Ability to sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, and lift up to 20 pounds of supplies.

$95,738.00 - $206,206.00 USD base salary
