Build community partnerships and organize outreach activities that generate leads and new patients for Oak Street Health’s Medicare-focused clinics.
What you'll do
- Research and develop relationships with community partners, local leaders, and insurance agents to support outreach and patient growth.
- Plan and coordinate community events, manage partner communications, and track engagement and growth metrics.
- Prospect local businesses and proactively create community outreach opportunities for the Outreach team.
