Reviews and maintains provider and producer credentialing information, researches data issues, and supports accurate records and compliance.
What you'll do
- Review and validate provider/producer information against credentialing and business requirements; maintain database records.
- Research information, identify and correct discrepancies, and escalate sensitive or complex issues.
- Communicate with providers and colleagues, handle confidential information, and organize routine work to meet deadlines.
