Improves the reliability, resilience, availability, and performance of critical applications and infrastructure by applying SRE practices and supporting production operations.
What you'll do
- Develop automation, operational standards, procedures, and runbooks to reduce manual work and improve reliability.
- Support production incidents through troubleshooting, stabilization, root-cause analysis, and MTTR improvement; assess releases and changes for reliability risks.
- Implement resiliency and testing strategies, improve monitoring and alerting, and partner with engineering and business teams on reliability practices.
