Dispenses and verifies medications for long-term care facilities, ensuring accurate, safe, and timely pharmacy services.
What you'll do
- Verify medication orders, labels, packaging, and dispensing accuracy; prepare or supervise sterile IV products when required.
- Maintain pharmacy security and Schedule II drug inventory, and meet delivery schedules.
- Provide scheduled evening, weekend, and holiday coverage while following applicable regulations, including HIPAA.
