Leads day-to-day operations in an assigned distribution center area, overseeing frontline colleagues and performance to meet safety, service, productivity, and quality goals.
What you'll do
- Direct daily workflows, monitor volume and performance, and adjust labor or priorities to maintain service levels.
- Coach, train, and hold frontline colleagues accountable for performance, attendance, safety, and standard work.
- Use operational data to identify issues and implement corrective actions, partnering with site leadership and other teams.
