Provides district-wide pharmacist coverage, oversees pharmacy operations and teams, and delivers safe dispensing, counseling, immunizations, and other clinical services to patients.
What you'll do
- Travel within the district to cover pharmacist shifts and oversee pharmacy operations, including serving as the Pharmacy Manager’s proxy when needed.
- Ensure safe and accurate prescription fulfillment, guide pharmacy staff, and manage inventory and compliance with applicable laws and policies.
- Provide patient care through counseling, immunizations, and clinical services, while supporting positive patient experiences and coaching the pharmacy team.
