What you'll do
- Draft, review, and negotiate contract terms and related documents, balancing risk mitigation with business value.
- Advise senior leaders and coordinate with Legal, Sourcing, Finance, and other stakeholders to resolve escalated contract issues and support enterprise initiatives.
- Maintain contract templates and policies, guide staff, and manage high-priority contracts and projects.
