Builds, maintains, tests, and reports on Epic tools that support Medicare Star Ratings, HEDIS, and NCQA quality measures and care-gap closure.
What you'll do
- Support configuration and maintenance of Healthy Planet registries, care-gap alerts, and related measure workflows.
- Create and validate quality performance reports; investigate data discrepancies and support reporting cycles.
- Coordinate with clinical and quality stakeholders on requirements, testing, documentation, and release changes.
