Provides in-person and clinic-based virtual primary and family care, including diagnosis, treatment, prevention, and care coordination for acute and chronic conditions.
What you'll do
- Assess, diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions; provide preventive counseling and screenings.
- Conduct in-person and virtual visits, diagnostic testing, vaccinations, and coordination of care.
- Handle clinic operations, including inventory, opening and closing, follow-up, insurance verification, and payments.

- Current national board certification (AANP or ANCC), active unrestricted FNP/APRN license, and active BLS certification.

Pay
$66.50 - $75/hour (base hourly rate); $50.22 - $108.15 (base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary)
