About the job
Provides clinic-based primary and family care, including in-person visits and virtual visits from the clinic when patient volume allows.
What you'll do
- Assess, diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions; provide preventive care and counseling.
- Conduct diagnostic testing, vaccinations, injury and illness treatment, and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals.
- Handle clinic operations, patient follow-up, insurance verification, payment collection, and appointment management.

- Master’s degree from an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner program and current AANP or ANCC board certification.
- Active, unrestricted Family Nurse Practitioner license in good standing; obtain and maintain multistate licensure as business needs require.
- Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; complete DOT certification exam within 30 days of employment and pass a respirator FIT test.
- Ability to provide evidence-based care and administer vaccines and injections.

Pay
$46.03 - $99.14 USD base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary
