Provides clinic-based primary and family care to patients, with virtual visits from the clinic when in-person demand allows.
What you'll do
- Assess, diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions; provide preventive counseling and screenings.
- Conduct in-person and virtual visits, diagnostic testing, and coordinate care with other health professionals.
- Handle clinic operations, including inventory, patient follow-up, insurance verification, payments, and appointment management.
What they ask for
- For NPs: accredited Family Nurse Practitioner master’s degree, current AANP or ANCC certification, and an active, unrestricted FNP/APRN license.
- For PAs: ARC-PA-accredited program, required degree based on program matriculation date, current NCCPA certification, and an active unrestricted PA license or eligibility to obtain one upon hire.
- Active BLS certification; DOT certification exam completed within 30 days of employment; ability to pass a respirator FIT test.

Pay
$50.22 - $108.15 USD base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary
