What you'll do
- Drive Beauty & Personal Care sales through coaching, sales plans, store visits, and customer-focused selling.
- Deliver product education and training, and coordinate beauty events and promotional execution.
- Analyze sales performance, support hiring, communicate business opportunities, and ensure sanitation and operational policies are followed.
