Provides on-site technical support, maintenance, installation, and repair of technology at CVS Pharmacy locations in the Lancaster/Reading, PA service area.
What you'll do
- Travel between stores to troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and install store technology, including POS and pharmacy systems.
- Document service work, manage IT parts and supplies, and coordinate with remote IT teams to resolve issues.
- Support store colleagues and participate in an on-call rotation for urgent service needs.
