Provides on-site technical support, maintenance, installation, and repair of computer systems and store technology at CVS Pharmacy locations.
What you'll do
- Travel to assigned stores to troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and install POS, pharmacy, networking, and other in-store systems.
- Document service work, manage parts inventory, and coordinate with IT support teams to resolve issues.
- Provide store-colleague support and participate in an on-call rotation.
