About the job
Provides on-site technical support, maintenance, troubleshooting, and equipment installation for CVS retail systems across the Seattle/Tacoma and Portland areas.
What you'll do
- Troubleshoot and repair POS, pharmacy, photo kiosk, inventory, and other retail equipment.
- Perform maintenance, software updates, equipment upgrades, and new technology installations in stores.
- Track service calls and equipment work, coordinate with technology teams, and maintain parts inventory.
