Provides on-site technical support, maintenance, and repairs for technology at CVS Pharmacy locations in the Toledo service area.
What you'll do
- Travel to stores to troubleshoot, maintain, install, and repair POS, pharmacy, and other in-store systems.
- Document service work, manage IT parts inventory, and coordinate with remote IT teams to resolve issues.
- Support store colleagues and participate in an on-call rotation for urgent service needs.
