Supports primary care providers by documenting patient visits, improving clinical documentation, and assisting with care-team workflows in a bilingual clinical setting.
What you'll do
- Observe and document patient encounters, prepare after-visit summaries, and assign CPT and ICD-10 codes.
- Support clinical documentation improvement through medical-record review, population health tools, huddles, and provider consultation.
- Place orders and referrals, address tasks, and provide other administrative support to the provider and care team.
