What you'll do
- Process prescriptions and support pharmacy workflow, inventory, regulatory compliance, and patient safety under pharmacist supervision.
- Assist customers, support patient care services, and direct clinical questions to the supervising pharmacist as appropriate.
- Help train and coordinate pharmacy support staff and contribute to pharmacy operations and team goals.
What they ask for
- Foreign graduate of a non-U.S.-accredited pharmacy school; PharmD or equivalent pharmacist degree.
- Active Pharmacy Intern license in the state where the district is located.
- Successfully pass FPGEE and TOEFL before applying; complete U.S. internship hours within 18 months and obtain state pharmacist licensure within 120 days after completing those hours.
- Strong communication and presentation skills; regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
