What you'll do
- Process prescriptions and support pharmacy workflow, inventory, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance, excluding final prescription verification.
- Assist customers, direct counseling and medical questions to the pharmacist when needed, and support patient care services as allowed by state regulations.
- Support pharmacy staff training, scheduling, team development, and service improvement.
