What you'll do
- Help patients understand insurance coverage, benefits, eligibility, and medical bills; advocate for them in navigating the healthcare system.
- Educate patients about Medicare and public benefits, and manage welcome visits and orientations for new patients.
- Support clinic operations and patient engagement, including scheduling, billing, and events.
