Educates and advocates for patients as they navigate Medicare, insurance coverage, healthcare bills, and related benefits, while supporting clinic operations and patient engagement.
What you'll do
- Help patients understand insurance coverage, benefits, eligibility, bills, and public benefit programs; serve as the clinic’s insurance resource.
- Manage new-patient welcome and orientation, and support operational activities such as scheduling and billing.
- Build patient engagement through customer service and events, including center tours.

Nice to have
- Experience helping patients or customers understand insurance coverage; Medicare or Managed Care navigation experience is also preferred.

Pay
$21.10 - $40.90 (base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary)
