About the job
Educates and advocates for patients by helping them understand Medicare and insurance options, resolve billing issues, and access care.
What you'll do
- Guide patients through insurance coverage, benefits, eligibility, and medical bills.
- Serve as the clinic’s insurance resource and educate patients about public benefits and Medicare options.
- Manage new-patient welcome and orientation, support clinic operations, and foster engagement through events.

Nice to have

$21.10 - $40.90 USD (base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary)
