About the job
Provides one-on-one infusion nursing care and patient education to patients in their homes in accordance with physicians’ treatment plans.
What you'll do
- Provide infusion therapies and nursing visits in patients’ homes, including patient education.
- Use clinical IV skills to support patients’ recovery and document and track care activity.
- Participate in a telephonic on-call rotation and travel to patients in Albany and surrounding areas.

- Current New York Registered Nurse license.
- At least one year of nursing experience, including at least one year of infusion/IV experience; strong IV insertion skills.
- Current CPR certification and valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

- Home healthcare experience.

Pay
$32.01 - $68.55 USD base hourly rate
