About the job
Provides one-on-one infusion nursing care and patient education to patients in their homes according to physicians’ treatment plans.
What you'll do
- Deliver a broad range of infusion therapies in patients’ homes and provide patient education.
- Use clinical IV skills to support patients’ recovery and coordinate with patients, physicians, pharmacists, and other partners.
- Participate in a telephonic on-call rotation as required by staffing and business needs.

- Current New York Registered Nurse license.
- At least one year of nursing experience and at least one year of infusion/IV experience, including strong IV insertion skills.
- Current CPR certification; valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, and Word.
Nice to have
- Home healthcare experience.
- CRNI certification.
Pay
$32.01 - $68.55 USD base hourly rate
