About the job
Supports primary care providers by documenting patient encounters, improving clinical documentation, and assisting with care-team follow-up and administrative tasks.
What you'll do
- Observe and document patient visits in structured notes, assign CPT and ICD-10 codes, and prepare after-visit summaries.
- Support documentation improvement by reviewing records, using population health tools, and coordinating with providers.
- Assist the care team with orders, referrals, tasks, and daily huddles.
What they ask for

- Ability to type 70+ words per minute.
- Ability to work approximately 40–45 hours per week during clinic hours and commit to at least 1 year in the role.
