Processes specialty patient returns and determines whether products should be credited, restocked, reshipped, returned to the manufacturer, or destroyed.
What you'll do
- Document returns in patient accounts and update systems; monitor pump inventory and scheduled maintenance.
- Receive manufacturer replacement products and review recalls, taking appropriate action.
- Support the Materials Management team as needed.
