What you'll do
- Hire, train, schedule, assign, and manage the performance of inventory control colleagues.
- Oversee inventory control activities, including slotting, cycle counting, root cause analysis, damaged and stray product, and non-productive inventory disposition.
- Coordinate with DC leadership and partner teams to meet operational targets, KPIs, cleanliness, safety, and compliance standards.
