What you'll do
- Lead delivery of multiple complex technology initiatives and partner with Engineering and Product teams to deliver roadmap outcomes.
- Manage annual portfolio budgets of $35M–$50M and lead 10–12 Scrum Masters and/or Program Managers.
- Drive Agile adoption, change management, performance metrics, risk mitigation, and talent development.
