Leads the design, operation, and scaling of CVS Health’s observability platform and telemetry pipelines, while guiding adoption and reliability practices across engineering teams.
What you'll do
- Design and operate platform services and high-throughput telemetry pipelines for logs, metrics, and traces.
- Lead enterprise adoption of OpenTelemetry and develop self-service observability capabilities for application teams.
- Set reliability practices, monitor platform health, support incident response, and provide technical leadership and mentorship.
