About the job
Leads and supports a closed-door pharmacy’s back-end team in preparing, packaging, dispensing, and fulfilling medication orders for long-term care customers.
What you'll do
- Lead back-end departments including pre-pack, picking, staging, automated dispensing, purchasing, inventory, returns/credits, and delivery.
- Provide timely performance feedback and partner with pharmacy leaders on technician training plans.
- Assist with orientation and training on controlled substances in accordance with policies and applicable laws.
