Leads and supports a closed-door pharmacy’s back-end technician team in medication preparation, order fulfillment, inventory, delivery accuracy, and staff training.
What you'll do
- Lead and assist back-end departments with their objectives, including packaging, dispensing, inventory, and delivery.
- Provide timely performance feedback and partner with pharmacy leaders on training plans.
- Assist with orientation and training for controlled substances in accordance with policies and applicable laws.
