Leads and supports a closed-door pharmacy’s back-end technician team in preparing, packaging, and fulfilling medication orders for long-term care and other care-setting customers.
What you'll do
- Lead and assist back-end departments with order fulfillment, inventory, delivery, and related objectives.
- Provide timely performance feedback and partner with pharmacy leaders on training plans.
- Assist with orientation and training on controlled substances in accordance with policies and applicable laws.
