What you'll do
- Administer medications and treatments; assess patients and monitor vital signs, pain, and treatment responses.
- Review medications, conduct mental health screenings, and maintain patient records in electronic health records.
- Coordinate patient access to care and community resources, communicate with patients and care teams, and maintain a clean, stocked clinic.
