Supports second-line oversight of business process controls across CVS Health’s ICFR environment, including governance, assessment, remediation, audit support, and continuous improvement.
What you'll do
- Assess control design and execution, identify gaps and emerging risks, and recommend improvements.
- Monitor deficiencies and remediation; validate corrective actions and report on control performance.
- Support SOX 404 assessments and coordinate with Internal Audit and External Audit on requests, walkthroughs, testing, and remediation.
