Manages relationships with assigned Medicaid providers, resolving complex service, claims, contract, and compensation issues while supporting provider education and operational needs.
What you'll do
- Oversee provider relationships, resolve escalated issues, and educate providers on Medicaid policies, contracts, plan design, and processes.
- Coordinate provider meetings and collaborate across teams on provider systems, cost initiatives, communications, and problem resolution.
- Support operational activities such as database management, contract coordination, and credentialing.

$60,300.00 - $132,600.00 (base salary)
