Manager, Software Development Engineering (Quality Engineering, Testing)

What you'll do

• Design and implement AI-augmented testing, automated SDLC pipelines, and quality gates.
• Lead migration of automation frameworks and test data management to AWS-native services and advance agent-orchestrated QE.
• Manage and mentor SDETs; partner with business and technology teams to align scalable testing solutions with business outcomes.

What they ask for

• 7+ years in Software Development Engineering, Quality Engineering, or related technical disciplines.
• 2+ years leading automation strategy and/or managing engineering teams.
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Python; APIs and distributed systems; and API testing tools and test automation frameworks.
• Experience testing React applications, hands-on experience with AI/GenAI tools, familiarity with Jira, and ability to work East Coast business hours.

Nice to have

• Healthcare, Medicare, or Sales & Acquisition experience; exposure to AI-driven SDLC or agent-based automation.
• AWS-native services for test automation or CI/CD; Power BI; or understanding of enterprise security, governance, and compliance.

$92,700.00 - $203,940.00 USD base salary
