Collect patient information and perform clinical support tasks to help Oak Street Health care teams make informed decisions and provide a positive patient experience.
What you'll do
- Room patients; take vital signs, complete screenings and medication reviews, and perform diagnostic tests or vaccinations as permitted by state regulations.
- Maintain exam-room supplies, update electronic medical records, and handle patient requests and medical-record orders.
- Participate in care-team meetings and complete quality-control and infection-control checks.

- Active CPR or BLS Certification.
- Hands-on experience taking patient vitals, administering diagnostic testing, and immunizations.
