Collects patient data and supports clinical care and clinic operations as part of an Oak Street Health care team.
What you'll do
- Room patients, take vital signs, complete screenings and medication reviews, and perform diagnostic tests as permitted by state regulations.
- Maintain exam-room supplies, update electronic medical records, process equipment orders, and request outside medical records.
- Respond to patient requests and participate in care-team meetings and routine quality-control and infection-control checks.
