About the job
Collects and documents patient health information, performs screenings and routine tests, and supports providers and care teams in delivering patient care.
What you'll do
- Room patients, record vital signs, complete screenings and medication reviews, and support efficient patient flow.
- Perform permitted vaccinations and point-of-care tests, and manage related records, orders, supplies, and quality checks.
- Respond to patient requests and collaborate with care teams on patient care and clinic operations.
