Provides team-based primary care support by preparing patients and exam rooms, performing routine assessments and testing, and coordinating patient care.
What you'll do
- Room patients, collect vital signs and chief complaints, review medications, and support timely patient visits.
- Perform screenings, waived laboratory tests, phlebotomy-related duties, and protocol-directed procedures such as vaccinations, ABI, spirometry, and EKGs.
- Maintain exam rooms and supplies, support patient follow-up and care coordination, and assist with records and home-based support as needed.
